- Essential Core Skills & Knowledge areas:
- Proven sales management competency combined with good interpersonal communication skills.

- Strong understanding of baseline retail banking structures, rules, and consumer financial products.

| 🛠️ Main Duties & Operational Responsibilities |
|
The selected Relationship Managers (OG-III) will execute key functional assignments within conventional and Islamic banking frameworks, focusing on the following areas:
- Achieve specific assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across account opening portfolios, deposit growth matrix, and consumer financing channels.
- Conduct daily structured customer and market visits for both onboarding new relationship accounts and servicing existing customer bases.
- Achieve corporate deposit targets through targeted new-to-bank customer acquisitions to systematically grow the bank's active deposit portfolio.
- Manage the assigned branch liability portfolios with a comprehensive understanding of client behavior models, seasonal market trends, and balance movements.
- Proactively identify attrition risks inside active deposit portfolios and take timely, documented corrective actions to retain account balances.
- Leverage historical profiling data to offer customized liability products and appropriate asset solutions to diverse client sectors.
- Execute strategic cross-selling lines for various commercial bank products, including consumer assets and verified insurance solutions.
- Maintain pristine service quality standards across conventional and Islamic banking windows to protect and maximize client retention.
- Resolve client queries, technical grievances, and operational issues in an amicable, resourceful, and prompt manner.
- Ensure active tail management operations via the reactivation of dormant accounts, promotion of digital banking apps, ATM adoption, and deepening tail accounts.
- Participate productively in periodic mass customer contact drives, market storming activities, and local product promotional campaigns.
- Maintain, format, and present various MIS reports, sales pipelines, and business tracking indices as dictated by senior retail management.
- Maintain total compliance protocols with Pakistan banking laws, SBP prudential regulations, internal operational systems, and guidelines.
- Ensure absolute audit readiness by adhering to compliance guidelines for both conventional and Shariah-compliant retail banking divisions.
- Complete all client onboarding, asset documentation, and account processing loops within specified Turnaround Times (TAT).
