Eligibility Criteria & Core Requirements
- Age Window: Applicants must be between 20 to 55 years of age.
- Minimum Academic Level: Graduation Degree (14 Years of completed education).
- Academic Standing: At least 50% aggregate marks in the highest academic degree.
- Domicile Status: A valid Punjab Domicile is completely mandatory.
- Local Residency Rule: The candidate must reside permanently within the same Union Council where the community learning center is to be set up.
- Community Enrollment Task: Shortlisted applicants must identify, convince, and register at least 20 out-of-school or dropout children (Ages 10 to 16) in their locality.
- Gender Diversity: Open to Male, Female, and Transgender individuals. Notably, a 60% quota is reserved to prefer women candidates.

Core Responsibilities & Job Nature
- Establish a small, functional primary learning facility within the teacher's local community neighborhood.
- Instruct children aged 10 to 16 years on basic arithmetic, writing, practical reading, and fundamental life skills.
- Ensure daily student attendance management and reduce localized neighborhood dropout numbers.
- Build trusting relationships with local parents to champion community educational expansion.
