Major Responsibilities Lead data analytics initiatives and reporting frameworks. Develop dashboards and business intelligence reports. Monitor KPIs and identify performance gaps. Recommend actionable business improvements. Manage sales operational planning activities. Oversee allocation strategies aligned with demand forecasts. Ensure regulatory compliance and correspondence management. Supervise CRM workflows and customer data processes. Act as SAP power user for Sales & Marketing functions. Preferred Educational Background: Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Management Sciences, or related fields.
Experience Requirements Minimum 10–12 years of relevant professional experience. Proven experience in analytics and reporting functions. Substantial background in business planning and performance management. Exposure to OMC or retail sector operations is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination. Strong understanding of strategic sales operations management.
